What is Cruise to Nowhere?

A cruise to nowhere is very much what it sounds like: boarding a cruise ship for a short voyage into international waters before returning, without calling on any ports.

It has become new normal in this Covid-19 era. However it is only available from limited ports like Singapore. Pleasure cruises without ports of call are now piloting under a scheme rolled out by the Singapore Tourism Board to safely and gradually resume cruises — and ultimately, to revive leisure travel.

A pair of operators are offering cruises to nowhere, with Genting Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean International launched Quantum of the Seas in December.

If you are residing in Singapore you can book Royal Caribbean cruise, the Quantum of the Seas from their web site. These days they are having offers like 50% off, Kids Sail free and some flash sales deals. So I went ahead and booked mine :)
